Job Summary
At Autism Behavior Centers, we provide meaningful change through high-quality ABA services.
We are seeking a dedicated ABA Behavioral Therapist to join our tenured team with over 20 years of experience in the field. The ideal candidate will have experience and enjoy working with children and individuals with autism spectrum disorder and other developmental delays. As an ABA Therapist, you will play a crucial role in providing behavioral therapy and support to promote positive behaviors, social skills, communication skills, play, and adaptive living skills. This position will start with part time hours and the schedule can build to full time, if desired.
Duties
- Implement individualized therapy plans based on applied behavior analysis principles
- Conduct one-on-one therapy sessions with clients to target specific behavioral goals
- Collaborate with families and caregivers to ensure consistency in implementing behavior intervention strategies
- Maintain accurate and detailed medical documentation in compliance with HIPAA regulations
- Monitor and track client progress using CentralReach
-Work under the supervision of a BCBA
- Provide patient care with empathy, understanding, and professionalism

Experience
- Prior experience in ABA or working with children with autism spectrum disorder is preferred
- Familiarity with applied behavior analysis techniques and principles
- Knowledge of special education practices is a plus
- Strong interpersonal skills for working effectively with clients, families, and multidisciplinary teams
-RBT certification is encouraged but not required. Full in-house training provided.
Requirements/Qualifications
-High schoool diploma or GED completed
-6 months of paid working experience with children or previous ABA experience
-Pass criminal background check
-Valid driver's license
-Reliable transportation and active auto insurance
-TB test
-Receive immunities to MMR
-Verification of initial COVID vaccine/proof of waiver
-Ability to keep up with active children to ensure client safety

- This position will initially be part time with the opportunity to grow into full time hours, if desired. The most needed shift is between 3:00-7:00PM. Would those hours work in your schedule?
