Key Responsibilities
- Greet customers and take food and beverage orders accurately
- Enter customer orders into the point-of-sale system
- Confirm order details, modifications, and special requests
- Communicate orders clearly to baristas and kitchen team members
- Process cash, card, and other customer transactions accurately
- Monitor orders and help ensure timely preparation and pickup
- Answer customer questions about menu items and café offerings
- Resolve basic order concerns and communicate complex issues to management
- Maintain a clean, organized, and welcoming service area
- Follow food safety, sanitation, and café operating procedures
Qualifications
- Previous café, restaurant, retail, or customer service experience preferred
- Strong communication and customer service skills
- Excellent attention to detail and order accuracy
- Basic point-of-sale and cash-handling experience preferred
