Our hard-working and self-motivated Customer Service staff play a key role in creating a welcoming atmosphere and ensuring customers have a great experience. Responsibilities typically include:
Customer Service & Hospitality – Greet customers warmly, take orders accurately, and provide friendly hospitality.
Order Preparation – Prepare and assemble bagel sandwiches, spreads, and drinks (coffee and smoothies) while following food safety guidelines.
Cash Handling – Operate the register, process payments (cash, credit, and mobile pay), and give correct change.
Restocking & Cleaning – Keep the front counter, dining area, kitchen, and coffee stations clean and stocked.
Teamwork – Work closely with other team members to keep things running smoothly during busy shifts.
Product Knowledge – Learn the menu, suggest delicious combos, and answer customer questions about ingredients.
Maintaining Health & Safety Standards – Follow all food safety and sanitation guidelines to ensure a clean and safe environment.
A positive attitude and love for bagels are a plus!
Part-time position available in Jenison.
