Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site Retail Sales / Account Manager role located in New York, NY. In this role, you will manage client relationships, develop business plans, and drive sales growth in the retail sector. You will provide excellent customer service, maintain clear communication with clients, and execute sales strategies tailored to meet business objectives. Additionally, you will collaborate with team members to ensure customer satisfaction and achieve company goals.
Qualifications
- Proficiency in Account Management and Business Planning
- Strong skills in Customer Service and Communication
- Experience in Sales and building client relationships
- Ability to meet targets and work effectively in a fast-paced, in-person environment
- Self-starter with organizational skills and attention to detail
- Previous experience in retail sales or related fields is a plus
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related discipline is preferred
