Job Overview: Monday - Thursday (25-30 hrs/wk)
The successful candidate will bring solid experience with a background in customer relations and business office procedures. We promote our services and create positive customer service interactions on a daily basis. We are seeking an individual with exceptional attention to detail, the ability to quickly solve problems, and one who demonstrates organizational skills. The successful candidate will be able to stay focused and on task in a fast paced, dynamic environment full of distractions. We are looking for someone who understands that it takes a team to be successful, not just one person. Quality customer service is always our top priority!
Schedule
Monday 7:30 am - 4:30 pm; Tuesday - Thursday 7:30 am - 2:00 apm (25 - 30 hrs/wk)
Responsibilities
- On-going communication with Customers, Delivery Drivers, Warehouse Team and Administrators with a positive attitude.
- Courteously assist customers by phone and email and text.
- Generate reports to unload routes, process route changes and mapping directions; creates efficient logistical routes.
- Access multiple systems for Data entry on accounts, inventory management system, Excel spreadsheets and SAGE accounting.
- Collect payment on accounts and notify customers when balance is overdue.
Skills
- Proven experience in office management, administrative support, or clerical roles is required.
- Must have high aptitude for learning, be a self-starter, and a great people connector.
- Proactive, takes initiative and adjusts priorities based on business demands.
- Software skills needed: strong Microsoft Excel, Word, Outlook, Teams; ability to learn DMS (Delivery Management System) and SAGE 100; Google Maps and Google Drive.
- Team player with a strong work ethic, able to work independently in a results- driven, fast paced, fluid environment
Pay: $23.00 - $26.00 per hour
