We are seeking a career minded, Office Assistant to join our team! We are a busy company and strive to provide exceptional service for our customers. You will perform clerical and administrative functions to help drive company success.
Responsibilities
Front Range Raynor is Northern Colorado’s largest residential and commercial garage door company. We are unique that we offer multiple manufacturers, have the only showroom and employ a fully trained field staff of installers and service techs to install and service what we sell. We sell across multiple platforms—homeowners, property managers, residential builders, business owners, industrial facility managers, general contractors and architects to service, replace and automate openings. We connect customers to elevated performance with highly insulated and motorized products that offer internet monitoring/control and perform even in power outages.
Over the years, Pete, Roger, and their team have made a commitment to their customers to act as reliable consultants, not salespeople.

Responsibilities
- Greet customers
- Answer a multi-line phone system, emails, and other correspondence within a timely manner
- Perform general office duties
- Document and update customer records
- Develop and maintain a knowledge base of the evolving products and services
- Assist management with various tasks
- Schedule client appointments daily, weekly, monthly
- Previous experience in office administration or other related fields
- Ability to build a relationship with clients
- Strong attention to detail
- Ability to prioritize and multitask in a busy atmosphere
- Positive and professional demeanor
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to manage time effectively
- Organizational Skills
