Lead Quality on a $147M Federal Build
Few projects offer the scale, visibility, stability of a multi-year project and the mission impact of this one. We’re building ICBM infrastructure, mission-critical facilities, from the ground up, and we need an experienced Federal Construction Quality Control Manager to own quality from day one through closeout.
If you’ve spent your career delivering large vertical Federal DoD projects and want a multi-year assignment where your standards shape the outcome, this is it. Quality, safety, and compliance aren’t checkboxes here. They’re the job.
What You’ll Bring
- 7 years of vertical construction experience on federal/DoD projects
- A track record delivering large-scale DoD facilities valued at $30M or more
- Hands-on experience working with a General Contractor on Department of Defense and/or USACE major construction projects
- SCIF construction experience
- Deep working knowledge of three phase federal quality control requirements and procedures
Required Certifications & Qualifications
- USACE CQM-C
- Three-Phase Quality Control (Three-Phase QC) expertise
- OSHA 30
- RMS and commissioning experience
