Position Overview
We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Physician Assistant (PA-C) to join our team full-time. This role involves a dynamic mix of medical (insurance-based) and cosmetic patient care. The ideal candidate will have prior experience in plastic surgery and/or dermatology and thrive in a collaborative, fast-paced clinical setting.
Key Responsibilities
- Perform patient evaluations, consultations, and follow-up visits
- Diagnose and manage a variety of oculofacial plastic surgery, dermatologic and/or cosmetic concerns
- Develop and implement treatment plans in collaboration with the supervising physician
- Perform in-office procedures (medical and cosmetic) within scope of practice
- Provide pre- and post-procedure care and patient education
- Maintain accurate, timely documentation in EMR systems
- Support both insurance-based and self-pay cosmetic services
- Deliver a high standard of patient care and customer service
Qualifications
- Certified Physician Assistant (PA-C) with active Pennsylvania license
- Previous experience in plastic surgery and/or dermatology (preferred)
- Strong clinical and procedural skills
- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities
- Ability to manage both medical and cosmetic patient workflows
- Highly organized with strong attention to detail
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience with cosmetic injectables (e.g., neurotoxins, dermal fillers) (preferred)
- Familiarity with aesthetic treatments and skincare products
- Ability to build patient relationships and support practice growth
