We’re looking for a friendly, energetic, and organized Veterinary Customer Service Representative to be the welcoming face (and voice!) of our practice. This role is perfect for someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment, loves helping others, and wants to make a real difference in the lives of pets and their families.
💛 What You’ll Do:
As the first point of contact for our clients, you’ll:
- Greet clients and their pets with warmth and compassion
- Answer phones and schedule appointments efficiently
- Provide clear, supportive communication during both happy and stressful moments
- Process payments and maintain accurate records
- Work closely with our veterinary team to ensure a smooth, positive experience for every visit
- Help create a welcoming, organized, and upbeat clinic environment
You’ll play a huge role in shaping each client’s experience — and we truly value that.

- Is able to work full time ( 35 hours)
- Has a genuine love for animals and the people who love them
- Communicates clearly and kindly
- Stays calm and professional in busy or emotional situations
- Enjoys multitasking and staying organized
- Has previous veterinary or medical front desk experience (preferred, but the right personality goes a long way!)
