Sales Arborist
Location: Cincinnati, OH
(Must live in the Cincinnati area for local travel)

A leading, well-established tree and landscape services company is seeking skilled Sales Arborists to join its team. The role involves consulting with residential and commercial clients, diagnosing tree-related issues, and providing professional recommendations. The Sales Arborist is responsible for generating sales opportunities, building client relationships, and meeting annual sales goals while representing the company’s core values.
Responsibilities:

Manage all sales activities within an assigned territory.

Meet with residential and commercial clients to evaluate tree and shrub care needs.

Educate clients and prepare proposals based on industry best practices.

Develop and update annual plant health care programs.

Support company image and mission by maintaining strong client relationships.

Consistently achieve personal and company sales goals.
Qualifications:

Degree in Arboriculture or related field preferred.

Minimum 4–5 years of arboriculture industry experience.

ISA Certified Arborist (Master Arborist a plus).

Strong knowledge of plant health, hazard tree evaluation, and integrated pest management.

Relevant pesticide licenses and certifications.

Excellent interpersonal, organizational, and computer skills.

Valid driver’s license; ability to travel locally within assigned territory.
