Position Summary:
We are seeking a compassionate and dependable Registered Nurse (RN) – PRN to provide in-home clinical services across Wichita and Derby, KS. This role is ideal for an experienced RN seeking flexible, supplemental hours while making a meaningful impact in the community.
Responsibilities:
- Conduct in-home nursing assessments and skilled nursing visits
- Complete start-of-care, reassessments, and re-certifications as needed
- Develop, implement, and document individualized care plans
- Provide medication management, education, and clinical oversight
- Coordinate care with caregivers, families, physicians, and care managers
- Ensure compliance with state regulations and payer requirements
- Complete accurate and timely clinical documentation

Requirements:
- Active Kansas Registered Nurse (RN) license in good standing
- Minimum 1 year of nursing experience (home care or community-based experience preferred)

- Reliable transportation and valid driver’s license
- Ability to pass background checks and meet state compliance requirements
