Position Summary
We are seeking a compassionate and dependable Registered Nurse (RN) – PRN to provide in-home clinical services across Wichita and Derby, KS. This role is ideal for an experienced RN seeking flexible, supplemental hours while making a meaningful impact in the community.
Responsibilities
• Conduct in-home nursing assessments and skilled nursing visits
• Complete start-of-care admissions, reassessments, and recertifications
• Develop, implement, and document individualized care plans
• Provide medication management, education, and clinical oversight
• Coordinate care with caregivers, families, physicians, and care managers
• Ensure compliance with state regulations and payer requirements
• Complete accurate and timely clinical documentation

Requirements
• Active Kansas Registered Nurse (RN) license in good standing

• Reliable transportation and valid driver’s license
• Ability to pass background checks and meet state compliance requirements
Compensation
$42.50–$54 per hour equivalent, based on visit type and point structure.
Compensation is structured using a points-based system tied to visit complexity. Most visits are designed to be completed within approximately one hour.
• Base rate: $34–$36 per point (based on experience)
• Routine skilled nursing visit: 1.25 points
→ Equivalent to $42.50–$45 per visit/hour
• Start of Care / Admission visit: 1.5 points
→ Equivalent to $51–$54 per visit/hour
