Position Summary:
We’re hiring compassionate and dependable LNAs to provide personal care, companionship, and daily living support to clients in Litchfield, NH. Whether you’re seeking full-time hours, a flexible part-time schedule, or extra income around another job, we’ll help you build a schedule that fits your life.
Responsibilities:

Provide direct personal care, including bathing, dressing, grooming, and toileting

Assist with mobility, transfers, and safe ambulation

Take vital signs and document observations as required

Support clients with medication reminders and daily routines

Offer companionship and emotional support

Help with light housekeeping, meal preparation, and errands
-
Follow care plans and communicate any changes in condition to the office or clinical team
