About the Opportunity
We are hiring caring and reliable In-Home Caregivers and CNAs to support clients throughout the Wichita area. This role is ideal for individuals who want flexible scheduling, steady work, and the chance to make a meaningful impact in clients’ lives while working independently in the field.
You will be part of a stable, well-supported home care team that values caregivers, provides structure without micromanagement, and offers consistent client demand.
Pay Information
• CNA pay rate: $14.00 per hour
• Non-certified caregiver pay rate: $13.00 per hour
What You’ll Do
Caregivers provide non-medical, in-home support that helps clients remain safe, comfortable, and independent at home. Duties may include:
• Assisting with personal care such as bathing, dressing, grooming, and toileting
• Supporting mobility, transfers, and safe ambulation
• Preparing simple meals and assisting with nutrition needs
• Performing light housekeeping and laundry
• Providing companionship and meaningful engagement
• Giving medication reminders (non-clinical)
• Running errands or accompanying clients to appointments when needed
• Documenting care provided according to company guidelines

Qualifications
• Must be at least 18 years old
• Ability to pass a background check
• TB test and physical required prior to starting (testing provided)
• Reliable transportation preferred
• Strong communication and time-management skills
• Prior caregiving, HHA, or CNA experience helpful but not required
• CNA or HHA certification is a plus but not mandatory
