Job Overview
We are seeking compassionate and dependable In-Home Caregivers to provide non-medical support to clients in their homes. This includes assisting with daily activities, offering companionship, and ensuring a safe and caring environment.

Key Responsibilities
• Assist with personal care including bathing, dressing, grooming, toileting
• Support mobility and safe transfers
• Prepare meals based on client preferences
• Provide light housekeeping and laundry
• Offer companionship and meaningful engagement
• Give medication reminders (non-clinical)
• Run errands or accompany clients to appointments (when needed)
• Document care provided according to guidelines

Qualifications
• Must be at least 18 years old
• Reliable transportation preferred
• Clear background check
• TB test and physical required before working (testing provided)
• Strong communication and time-management skills
• Previous caregiving, HHA, or CNA experience is helpful but not required
• CNA/HHA certification is a plus, not mandatory
