Role: UAT Coordinator – Quality Oversight (TSS, 1L Financial Crimes Risk)
Team Overview: Technology Strategy & Solutions (TSS) is the internal group supporting the 1L Financial Crimes Risk function, focused on delivering and maintaining technology for AML, KYC, client onboarding, and screening processes. The team partners closely with Financial Crimes, Technology, Platforms, and Operations to design, test, and support systems end-to-end
.The Quality Oversight function sits within TSS and is responsible for UAT governance, defect management, and post-release validation—ensuring systems are stable, issues are quickly resolved, and releases meet high quality standards. The team works cross-functionally and supports both pre- and post-production testing across all 1L FCR platforms.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and execute UAT plans, test cases, and scenarios aligned to business requirements
- Coordinate UAT efforts (environments, data, access, stakeholders); lead testing cycles and triage sessions
- Manage defects end-to-end, including prioritization, root cause analysis, and retesting
- Provide status reporting, risk escalation, and test summary/go-live recommendations
- Support post-release validation and drive process improvements in UAT standards
Qualifications
- 5 years in UAT, QA, BA, or production support
- Experience with Jira/Xray/Zephyr and structured testing practices
- Strong analytical, documentation, and stakeholder management skills
- Ability to manage multiple priorities in fast-paced environments
- Financial crimes (AML/KYC) knowledge preferred but not required
