Schedule & Compensation
- $23.00-$26.00 per hour
- $1000 SIGN ON BONUS
- Monday-Friday- 8:00 AM-5:00 PM
- On-call rotation required
As a Service Technician, you'll play an essential role in maintaining the community by:
- Completing resident service requests in a timely and professional manner
- Diagnosing and repairing HVAC, plumbing, electrical, appliance, drywall, carpentry, and general maintenance issues
- Performing preventative maintenance to keep building systems operating efficiently
- Preparing apartment homes for new residents through quality make-ready work
- Maintaining the appearance and safety of the community's grounds and common areas
- Working alongside teammates to provide outstanding customer service and a positive resident experience
- Participating in an on-call rotation to respond to after-hours maintenance emergencies
- Assisting with snow removal and weather-related emergencies when needed
- Has previous apartment maintenance or related maintenance experience
- Can troubleshoot maintenance issues independently
- Takes ownership of their work and consistently delivers high-quality repairs
- Communicates professionally with residents, vendors, and teammates
- Enjoys working in a collaborative environment where everyone supports one another
- Has a valid driver's license and reliable transportation
- Is available to participate in the on-call rotation
