Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role for an HVACR Service Technician based in Rochester, NY. The HVACR Service Technician will be responsible for diagnosing, repairing, and maintaining a variety of heating, ventilation, air conditioning, and refrigeration systems. Daily tasks include performing on-site inspections, troubleshooting technical issues, conducting preventative maintenance, and ensuring customer satisfaction through professional and courteous service. The role requires working closely with customers to address their needs and maintain operational efficiency.
Qualifications
- Strong skills in Maintenance & Repair for HVACR systems
- Proficiency in Troubleshooting and problem-solving technical issues
- Experience in Field Service and on-site mechanical support
- Excellent Customer Service and communication abilities
- Knowledge of preventative Maintenance practices
- Ability to work independently and efficiently in an on-site environment
- EPA certification and knowledge of refrigeration systems is a plus
- High school diploma or equivalent; technical school training preferred
- Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record
