This includes sending out small balance letters, keeping detailed notes regarding overdue accounts, and preparing for eviction. You’ll work directly with residents to resolve overdue payments and maintain organized records.

- Excellent Base Pay : $25.00 - $28.00/hour
- 20% Rent Discount
