As a Maintenance Technician At Morgan Properties, You Will
- Be responsible for troubleshooting service issues including, but not limited to, HVAC, general appliances, carpentry, electrical, and plumbing
- Perform general maintenance and appliance troubleshooting
- Support apartment make-readies/turns to prepare units for new residents
- Maintain interior and exterior areas in accordance with company standards, compliance requirements, and applicable laws
- Assist with grounds and curb appeal to support overall community appearance
- Respond promptly and efficiently to maintenance service tickets
- Communicate clearly and professionally with residents and office staff regarding repairs and updates
Compensation & Incentives
- Base Pay: $18.00 – $22.00 per hour
- Up to 50% Rent Discount
- Property Staff Shared Renewal Commissions
- Morgan Essentials: $300 quarterly
- On-Call Appreciation: $15/day for holding the on-call phone

- Generous Paid Time Off, including 10 holidays per year and sick leave
- Monday – Friday: 8:00 AM – 4:30 PM
- Paid rotating on-call participation required
- Must be available and prepared for emergency events
- Schedule subject to change based on business needs
- Minimum 2 years of maintenance or related trades experience required
- Strong experience with plumbing and electrical troubleshooting
- Multifamily experience or transferable maintenance experience required
- High level of customer service and professionalism when interacting with residents
- Reliable, self-motivated, and able to complete work independently
- Comfortable using a smartphone, mobile apps, and computer systems
- Active, valid driver’s license and a personal vehicle
- Ability to live within a reasonable commute of the property
- HVAC / EPA / CFC certification preferred
