Groundskeeper | Westpointe Apartments
Pay: $18-$20/hr | Pittsburgh, PA

The Role
You’ll be responsible for the upkeep of the community’s landscape and exterior image, working with the Service Manager and the maintenance team. A typical day might include:
- Cleaning parking lots, driveways, curbs, dumpster areas, and exterior hallways
- Maintaining flowerbeds, shrubs, trees, and grass, including planting, pruning, watering, and raking leaves
- Shoveling snow, spreading salt, and keeping walkways safe in winter weather
- Keeping the pool area, laundry room, and fitness center clean
- Making minor repairs and touch-ups to fences, gates, and walkways
- Helping inspect the property and reporting any safety concerns or incidents
- Helping out at other nearby communities when needed

What You’ll Earn
- Base pay: $18.00-$20.00 per hour
- 20% rental discount, medical/dental/vision, 401(k), PTO, and holidays
Schedule
- Monday-Friday: 9 AM to 4 PM
- Availability on short notice for snow, ice, and other site emergencies

- No formal education or prior experience required, and we’ll train you
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Reliable, punctual, and attentive to detail
- Ability to regularly lift up to 50 pounds
- Comfortable working outdoors in all kinds of weather
