- $19.00–$25.00/hour base pay
- Up to 50% rent discount — live where you work
- Shared renewal commissions with property staff
- $300 quarterly Morgan Essentials stipend
- $15/day on-call pay (rotating, paid — not expected for free)
- Full medical, dental, and vision
- 401(k) with company match
- 10 paid holidays generous PTO and sick leave

What You Need
- Valid driver's license personal vehicle
- Must live within 30 minutes of the property
- 1 year of related maintenance experience (or equivalent training/education)
- HVAC/EPA/CFC certification a plus
