Essential Duties
Apartment Upgrades:
- Oversee the apartment upgrade process, ensuring alignment with organizational objectives and collaboration with suppliers, contractors, and internal stakeholders.
- Develop renovation packages, finalize finishes with the Design Director, and source materials such as cabinets, countertops, appliances, and flooring.
- Coordinate with Regional Facilities Managers to integrate pricing estimates into internal analyses and draft project scopes and specifications.
- Lead the bid process, contractor selection, and job contracting while refining renovation policies, procedures, and communication scripts.
- Monitor project progress, conduct regular reporting, and participate in due diligence for renovation design and cost estimation.
Energy Efficiency Initiatives:
- Evaluate and recommend upgrades for boiler systems, furnaces, water fixtures, and lighting based on efficiency and financial viability.
- Implement physical upgrades and manage contractor selection, property surveys, and retrofitting projects in collaboration with Regional Facilities Managers.
- Stay informed on industry advancements and assess new technologies, including solar solutions, to align with departmental goals.
- Research and manage rebate submissions, conduct return analyses, and monitor utility invoicing for irregularities to support green initiatives.
Electric Vehicle Charging:
- Research, bid, and select preferred partners for electric vehicle charging station solutions, overseeing engineering requirements and infrastructure improvements.
- Apply for rebates and manage project execution to ensure successful installations.
Major Capital Projects:
- Research, bid, contract, and manage major capital projects as assigned, ensuring alignment with strategic goals.
Additional Duties:
- Provide high-level oversight and support to Regional Facilities Managers.
- Adjust and optimize strategies to reflect evolving business needs and industry best practices.
- Promote cross-departmental collaboration to ensure cohesive execution of all projects.

Education & Experience:
- Bachelor's degree (B.A.) from four-year College or university
- Basic knowledge of construction preferred
- Strong problem-solving skills with a willingness to learn and take on new challenges
- Valid driver’s license
- Ability to travel up to 15%
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).
- The role involves frequent use of standard office equipment, such as computers, phones, and printers.
