Why Morgan?
- $24.00- $26.00 per hour
- $300 Quarterly Morgan Essentials Bonus
- Monday-Friday: 8:30 AM to 5 PM
- On-call rotation will be required
- Support the Service Manager in leading daily maintenance operations
- Perform advanced HVAC, plumbing, electrical, appliance, and general repairs
- Coordinate work orders, make-readies, and preventative maintenance
- Mentor technicians while maintaining high-quality workmanship
- Help create a safe, efficient, and resident-focused community
- Multifamily maintenance experience preferred
- EPA/HVAC Certification strongly preferred
- Leadership or lead technician experience
- Strong troubleshooting skills across multiple trades
- Valid driver's license and reliable transportation
