Assistant Community Manager | Highlands of Montour Run

The Role
You’ll be a primary point of contact for residents and visitors at Highlands of Montour Run. You’ll work closely with the Community Manager and report to the Area Community Manager, keeping day-to-day operations running smoothly. A typical day might include:
- Greeting residents and visitors, answering questions, and responding to feedback with great customer service
- Giving walk-in tours and tours scheduled by our Regional Sales Team, which may include visiting nearby communities
- Working with the service team to make move-ins and move-outs smooth
- Inspecting new residents’ homes to make sure they start off right
- Walking the grounds to keep curb appeal high and flagging issues for the maintenance team
- Supporting community events and resident engagement activities
- Helping maintain accurate resident accounts and records and preparing community reports

What You’ll Earn
- Base pay: $23.00-$25.00 per hour
- Paid time off, holidays, 401K, full benefits offered
Schedule
- Monday- Friday: 9 AM to 5 PM
What You Bring
- 2 years of related experience or transferable skills, especially in customer service
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills
- Strong attention to detail and time management
- Valid driver’s license
- Ability to walk the property, work indoors and outdoors in varying weather, and occasionally lift up to 25 pounds
