Position Summary

The analyst provides day‑to‑day application support, troubleshooting, user assistance, documentation, and contributes to system enhancements that improve operational efficiency and resident experience.
Essential Duties
System Configuration & Enhancements
- Assist with application configuration, upgrades, patches, and testing activities
- Participate in system implementations, enhancements, and process improvement initiatives
- Support reporting, data validation, and integration troubleshooting between systems
- Help maintain data integrity across applications
- Create and maintain application support documentation, SOPs, and knowledge base articles
- Identify recurring issues and recommend process, system, or training improvements
- Contribute to testing and validation of system changes prior to production deployment
- Support audit, compliance, and security requirements as they relate to applications
Education & Experience:
- Bachelor’s degree in information systems, Computer Science, Business, or a related field preferred.
- 2–4 years of experience in application support, systems analysis, or IT support roles.
- Experience supporting enterprise or SaaS business applications.
- Strong troubleshooting, analytical, and problem‑solving skills.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Experience working with ticketing systems and documenting technical issues.
- Experience in property management, real estate, or multi‑family residential environments.
- Familiarity with property management platforms (e.g., Yardi, RealPage, or similar systems).
- Basic understanding of SQL, reporting tools, or data analysis.
- Experience working with vendors and third‑party application providers.
- Exposure to application implementations or system upgrades.
