Key Responsibilities
- Coordinate and prepare commercials, paid programs, and campaign materials for broadcast and digital platforms
- Manage commercial library and verify content before airing
- Collaborate with Marketing Consultants for campaign execution and data entry
- Assist with sales proposals, reporting, and promotional events
- Fulfill advertiser orders and support special sales initiatives
- Strong organizational, multitasking, and communication skills
- Detail-oriented with a focus on accuracy and deadlines
- Proactive problem solver with a can-do attitude
- Ability to work collaboratively across teams
- Experience with broadcast traffic systems or digital marketing platforms a plus
