Supply Chain Manager 📦💊 - Dietary Supplements
Location Remote/Hybrid (Austin, TX preferred)
About the Role: The Supply Chain Manager will own day-to-day execution across procurement, supplier management, planning, and launch readiness. This hands-on role keeps products moving smoothly from forecast to finished goods in a fast-paced DTC supplement environment.
You’ll report to the Head of Product and Supply Chain and work closely with Product, Quality, Regulatory, and external manufacturing partners.
Responsibilities
- Own purchase orders, production follow-up, and supplier communication 📦
- Translate forecasts into actionable supply plans and inventory decisions 📈
- Track inventory and timelines to prevent stockouts and launch delays
- Coordinate with contract manufacturers, packaging suppliers, and 3PLs 🚚
- Support new product launches and ensure documentation is ready ✅
- Drive improvements in cost, speed, and supply chain visibility
Experience
- 2-3 years supply chain or procurement experience in CPG (dietary supplements strongly preferred)
- Hands-on with purchase orders, inventory tracking, and external manufacturers
- Strong Excel skills and high attention to detail
- Experience with multiple dosage forms and contract partners
