To be successful, you should have:

• Bachelor’s degree in Life Sciences, Food Science, Chemistry, or related scientific field required
• 2 years of experience in product development within the dietary supplement, nutraceutical, or food manufacturing industry
• Strong knowledge of FDA dietary supplement labeling regulations, GMP compliance, and quality assurance/quality control processes
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word), strong analytical skills, and ability to manage multiple projects in a fast-paced, regulated environment; English required for professional communication and cross-functional collaboration

Your responsibilities as the Product Development Specialist will include:

• Develop and optimize dietary supplement formulations, including ingredient selection, cost analysis, and pricing strategies aligned with nutraceutical industry standards
• Coordinate product development processes, including lab-scale batching, pilot production, and cross-functional collaboration with QA/QC, manufacturing, and packaging teams
• Ensure FDA compliance and GMP adherence by managing labeling requirements, ingredient validation, and regulatory documentation for dietary supplements
• Conduct ingredient research for safety, efficacy, and quality, supporting raw material qualification and product specification development
• Partner with internal teams and external vendors (e.g., flavor houses, suppliers) to enhance product quality, manufacturing efficiency, and consumer appeal
