The Business Unit President will take full ownership of an international, multi-site segment, with end-to-end accountability for performance, growth, and transformation. This is a high-visibility leadership role with direct exposure to senior leadership and a clear mandate to deliver measurable impact.

Role Scope

This position is centred on full business leadership across a complex, international platform. Key responsibilities include:

• Taking full ownership of a multi-site international business unit
• Improving performance across underperforming locations while scaling stronger operations
• Re-energising commercial momentum and strengthening key customer relationships
• Driving operational discipline, cost efficiency, and accountability across sites
• Leading transformation within an established, traditionally structured environment
• Ensuring alignment and consistency across geographies and functions
• Building a performance-driven culture with clear ownership and execution focus

Candidate Profile

• Proven experience owning a business unit with full P&L responsibility
• Track record of leading across multiple sites and geographies
• Experience delivering results in complex, underperforming, or transformation environments
• Background in packaging or adjacent, quality-driven manufacturing environments preferred
• Strong blend of operational expertise and commercial acumen
