Morgan Jewelers at White Oak Center is looking for an organized, customer-focused salesperson who enjoys building relationships and helping customers find the right purchase. With the Christmas shopping season approaching, this role offers high earning potential during one of our busiest times of year.
Jewelry experience is a plus, but it is not required. We’re looking for someone with a strong sales background, confidence working with customers, and a willingness to learn the jewelry industry.
What You’ll Do
- Welcome customers and learn about their needs, preferences, and budgets.
- Present jewelry options, answer questions, and guide customers toward a purchase.
- Build customer relationships through attentive service and follow-through.
- Operate the point-of-sale system and process transactions accurately.
- Keep customer information, sales records, and daily tasks organized.
- Develop your knowledge of jewelry, gemstones, metals, and product care.
- Help keep merchandise displays and the sales floor organized and presentable.
- Support the team during busy periods and work overtime as needed.
