What You’ll Do
- Serve as a trusted administrative partner to the CEO, while providing support to other members of the executive team
- Own complex commercial and private executive travel, including itineraries, transportation, accommodations, and last-minute changes
- Manage dynamic calendars, meetings, appointments, and competing priorities
- Prepare and process expense reports while maintaining accurate, well-organized documentation
- Monitor executive communications and assist with professional correspondence and follow-up
- Coordinate company event tickets and maintain accurate tracking and usage records
- Help plan and execute company meetings, leadership gatherings, holiday events, and other special functions
- Step in to provide occasional front desk and general administrative support when needed
- Anticipate executive needs, identify potential issues before they arise, and keep priorities moving without constant direction
What Makes You a Great Fit
We’re looking for an experienced Executive Assistant who brings judgment, initiative, polish, and exceptional attention to detail.
You’ll ideally have:
- Previous experience as an Executive Assistant, Senior Administrative Assistant, or similar high-level support role
- Demonstrated experience managing complex executive travel and logistics
- Excellent organizational skills and the ability to confidently juggle multiple priorities
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- A high level of professionalism, discretion, and comfort working with confidential information
- The ability to work independently, anticipate needs, and exercise sound judgment
- A calm, solutions-oriented approach when plans change or priorities shift
- Comfort working directly with senior leaders and meeting high expectations
- Concur experience is a plus
