Client Support Coordinator

A boutique wealth management firm is seeking a Client Support Coordinator to assist the Operations Manager with administrative, client service, and compliance functions. This newly created position is an excellent opportunity to gain hands-on experience in the financial services industry while contributing to a close-knit, collaborative team. The ideal candidate will interact frequently with clients, assist with forms and documentation, and play a key role in ensuring accurate, efficient support for the firm’s advisors and clients.

Responsibilities

• Prepare and process client paperwork, including new account forms, standing payment requests, beneficiary and name changes, and charitable gifting documents
• Partner with clients to obtain updated information and ensure forms are completed accurately
• Assist with monthly compliance blotters and recordkeeping
• Prepare administrative materials for client review meetings and process tax document requests
• Serve as the lead contact for coordinating with outside CPAs and other partners
• Provide back-up support for client calls, greetings, and general office operations
• Handle prospective client inquiries and assist with advisor licensing renewals
• Maintain organized electronic and physical files to support regulatory compliance and internal processes

Qualifications

• Previous experience in financial services, client support, or administrative operations preferred
• Strong attention to detail and ability to manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with a professional, friendly demeanor
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and comfort working across multiple systems; experience with CRM platforms a plus
• Dependable, positive, and adaptable with a strong sense of ownership
• Bachelor’s degree preferred or equivalent combination of education and experience
