What are the responsibilities and job description for the Senior Manager Product Strategy position at Morgan Hunter?
I’m conducting a confidential national search for a Senior Manager of Product Strategy with experience building and growing SaaS products. My client is a technology-enabled business serving healthcare clients and needs someone who can connect customer needs, digital marketing capabilities, and business goals into a clear product direction.
This role calls for someone who has led the full product lifecycle. You’ve taken ideas through discovery, development, launch, and continued improvement. You know how to assess an opportunity, make thoughtful decisions about priorities, and work with others to bring a product to market.
Healthcare experience is important, along with an understanding of the platforms organizations use to manage marketing programs, engage audiences, and measure results.
What will you be doing? Great question!
You’ll guide product strategy and help shape the next generation of digital marketing SaaS offerings. Working across technical and business functions, you’ll establish priorities, develop roadmaps, and ensure products address real customer needs.
We’re looking for someone who can think beyond individual features and consider the entire product experience. What problem are we solving? Why will customers choose this solution? How will we know it’s working? Your experience should help turn those questions into clear decisions and measurable outcomes.
