- Support new client onboarding and initial intake
- Assist clients with questions, requests, and paperwork updates
- Process, organize, and submit forms with accuracy and attention to detail
- Assist with insurance applications and other client account needs
- Schedule and confirm client appointments; manage office calendar
- Prepare for client meetings and greet guests upon arrival
- Assist with basic office management and supply ordering
- Record business expenses and complete simple documentation
- Support planning of 1–2 client events each year
- Work closely with the advisor and partner to ensure seamless daily operations
