- Lead and mentor the HR team, overseeing all areas including talent acquisition, employee relations, payroll, benefits, and compliance
- Partner with executive leadership to design and implement HR strategies aligned with business goals and organizational values
- Drive culture and engagement initiatives to enhance retention and promote a high-performance environment
- Oversee compensation and benefits strategy, ensuring programs remain competitive and aligned with company objectives
- Champion automation and system modernization initiatives, including the transition to a new HRIS platform
- Manage leadership development and succession planning efforts to strengthen future talent pipelines
- Serve as a trusted advisor to leadership, offering guidance on organizational structure, performance management, and employee relations
- Partner with external brokers and vendors to optimize benefits programs and open enrollment processes
- Monitor HR metrics and analytics to assess the effectiveness of programs and identify opportunities for improvement
- Ensure compliance with all applicable employment laws and regulations
Qualifications
- 10 years of progressive HR leadership experience, including oversight of multiple HR functions
- Proven ability to lead both strategic and day-to-day HR operations in a fast-paced, evolving business
- Strong business acumen with the ability to translate organizational goals into actionable HR initiatives
- Experience implementing HR systems (Paycor, UKG, or similar) and driving process improvement
- Demonstrated success building engagement, culture, and leadership development programs
- Skilled communicator with the confidence to influence at all levels of the organization
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field required;advanced degree or SHRM-SCP/SPHR certification preferred
