About UsWe are launching a premier physician-led longevity, wellness, and regenerative medicine center designed to redefine healthy aging. Our offerings include advanced diagnostics, hormone optimization, medical weight loss, IV therapies, recovery services, and concierge wellness memberships.
We are seeking a high-energy Membership Director to build and lead our membership sales program from the ground up.
Responsibilities- Drive membership sales and revenue growth
- Develop and implement membership acquisition strategies
- Convert leads into long-term members through consultations and relationship building
- Create referral partnerships with physicians, fitness professionals, country clubs, luxury residential buildings, and local businesses
- Host educational and networking events
- Manage CRM, sales pipeline, and membership retention programs
- Track KPIs and report on sales performance
- Build and eventually lead a membership sales team
- 5 years of membership sales, business development, or luxury client acquisition experience
- Experience with Equinox, Life Time, The Well, Restore Hyper Wellness, hospitality, luxury fitness, concierge medicine, or similar organizations preferred
- Proven track record of meeting and exceeding sales goals
- Exceptional communication and relationship-building skills
- Entrepreneurial mindset and comfort working in a fast-growth environment
You understand how to sell premium memberships and create exceptional client experiences. You are comfortable engaging affluent professionals, executives, and health-conscious consumers seeking a personalized wellness experience.
