Monday 8am-12pm Tuesday-Friday 7:15am-2:15pm
Help Serve Breakfast
Alternate preparing lunch, and the salad bar for the students and staff.
Be able to read, prep and execute recipes for 200
Follow all HACCAP, food safety and sanitation procedures of a kitchen
Alternate between serving the students lunch, the dish room and the a la carte.
Prepping for the following day
All cleaning tasks associated with kitchen duties
Filling in for the manager when they are absent
Other duties as assigned
The ServSafe Certified Food Protection Manager course and exam will be required to be taken within 30days of employment.
Salary : $16 - $18
