```Duties```
- Create and implement age-appropriate lesson plans and activities for preschool children
- Provide a safe and nurturing environment for children to learn and grow
- Foster social, emotional, cognitive, and physical development in children
- Manage classroom behavior and promote positive discipline techniques
- Encourage creativity and imagination through art, music, and play
- Teach basic literacy skills, including letter recognition, phonics, and reading comprehension
- Incorporate physical education activities to promote gross motor skills development
- Communicate regularly with parents regarding their child's progress and any concerns
```Experience```
- Previous experience working with preschool-aged children in a childcare or educational setting. Associate degree required. Bachelor degree in Early Childhood or related field.
- Knowledge of childhood development principles and best practices
- Strong communication skills to effectively interact with children, parents, and colleagues
- Ability to create a positive and inclusive learning environment
- Experience in behavior management techniques for young children
- Familiarity with literacy education strategies for preschoolers
- Experience working with students who may require additional support or tutoring
