Job Description

Role Overview:

The Laborer will be responsible for performing various tasks as directed by his / her foreman. This role requires a blend of physical labor, a good attitude, and a diverse working background, and will involve working closely with the team to ensure that the foreman has the opportunity to complete the company’s goals.

You will be contributing to the successful completion of construction projects and maintaining high standards of safety, quality, and productivity.

Job Duties and Responsibilities:

• Shows up on time, wearing the proper attire / PPE, ready for job briefing
• Participate in daily construction activities on-site.
• Maintain a clean, organized, and safe worksite.
• Report to his / her supervisor daily progress and document any issues encountered on the job site.
• Must be able to work well with others
  
  

Skills and Qualifications:

• Knowledge of construction techniques, tools, and safety practices.
• Ability to read and interpret blueprints and construction plans (preferred)
• Strong physical stamina and ability to work in outdoor environments.
• Good communication skills for coordinating with team members
• Certification in safety protocols (OSHA or similar) (preferred)
• Valid driver’s license.
