Job Qualifications:
Architectural Design and Drafting
Structural Design and Drafting
Site Plans and Plot Plans
Review of Specifications to meet appropriate Codes
Communicate between Manufacturing and Customers
Understanding of MEP Drawings
Knowledge of Various Code Requirements
Proficient in AutoCAD Required; Revit Preferred
Knowledge of Type V Construction
Understanding type V construction is a must with the ability to work in a high-volume environment. The ability to translate sketches/concepts and specifications into complete and accurate plans that meet the correct codes is highly important. Must manage multiple projects at the same time. Budgeting schedule and time to get the work done is critical; communication is key. This is not a remote position. The office location is based out of Richardson, TX.
