Overview

This role supports the maintenance and organization of client records by reviewing, analyzing, and preparing documents for electronic filing. The position follows established records management standards, as well as internal and client-specific procedures. There is also potential for the scope of responsibilities to expand over time.


Location: Houston, TX 77027

Pay: $18/hr


Key Responsibilities

  • Gather and organize client documents for electronic filing
  • Review and evaluate records for accuracy before coding and uploading
  • Assign appropriate codes and categories to documents in line with filing procedures
  • Provide general administrative support and assist with additional projects as needed

Qualifications

  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, Outlook)
  • Experience working with Adobe Acrobat
  • Background in administrative support or records management preferred

Requirements

  • Reliable and punctual with strong time management skills
  • Capable of handling multiple priorities effectively
  • Positive, team-oriented attitude
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with strong attention to grammar and spelling
  • Highly organized with strong attention to detail
  • Able to work independently with minimal supervision
  • Physical ability to lift up to 50 pounds and stand or walk for periods of up to one hour
  • Works well collaboratively in a team environment
