Administrative Assistant

Our client, a growing Texas-based law firm, is seeking an experienced Administrative Assistant to play a key role in preparing and coordinating monthly board meetings and related administrative activities. This position is perfect for someone who enjoys organization, thrives in a fast-paced setting, and takes pride in keeping operations running smoothly behind the scenes.
What You’ll Do:
- Prepare and revise meeting agendas for leadership review
- Post finalized agendas with County and District offices
- Confirm quorum and coordinate attendance for monthly board meetings
- Update and maintain accurate meeting minutes and records
- Distribute meeting packets and correspondence to clients
- Coordinate posting certificates and follow up on pending documentation
- Arrange meeting logistics and assist with ongoing administrative needs
What You’ll Bring:
- 5–7 years of professional administrative experience
- Exceptional attention to detail and organizational skills
- Strong written and verbal communication abilities
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office, especially Outlook
- Ability to handle multiple projects and meet deadlines
- Confidence communicating with executives, clients, and public officials
Schedule:
Monday through Friday, 8:30 a.m. – 5:00 p.m. (occasional extended hours as needed), on-site in downtown Dallas
