Role Description This is a full-time, on-site Finance Manager role based at a Morgan Auto Group dealership in Orlando, FL. The Finance Manager will structure and secure vehicle financing and leasing options for customers, present and explain finance products and protection plans, and ensure accurate completion of all related contracts and documentation. This role will collaborate closely with the sales team to support a smooth purchase process, maintain strong relationships with lending institutions, and work to secure competitive terms that align with customer needs and company guidelines. The Finance Manager will review credit applications, verify customer information, and ensure compliance with all legal, regulatory, and dealership policies. Daily responsibilities also include tracking finance performance metrics, submitting deals for approval, resolving funding issues, and contributing to the dealership’s overall profitability and customer satisfaction.
Qualifications
- Demonstrated experience in automotive finance, F&I, or related financial services, preferably within a dealership environment.
- Strong skills in structuring vehicle loans and leases, presenting finance and insurance products, and managing lender relationships.
- Proficiency in reviewing credit applications, analyzing credit reports, and ensuring accurate, compliant documentation.
- Working knowledge of relevant regulations and compliance requirements (e.g., privacy, fair lending, disclosure, and titling requirements).
- Excellent interpersonal, negotiation, and customer service skills, with the ability to communicate complex financial information clearly.
- High level of integrity, attention to detail, and ability to manage multiple deals in a fast-paced, sales-driven environment.
- Comfort using dealership management systems (DMS), finance software, and standard office tools (e.g., spreadsheets, email, digital signatures).
- Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Business, Accounting, or a related field preferred; equivalent experience in automotive finance will be considered.
- Prior success in achieving or exceeding F&I performance metrics and profitability goals is a plus.
- Ability to work on-site in Orlando, FL, including evenings and weekends as dealership hours require.
