What are the responsibilities and job description for the Courtesy Driver at Ford of Clermont position at Morgan Auto Group?
What’s the job like?
- Work at automotive dealerships and represent brands like Maserati, Audi, BMW, Jeep, Mercedes, Infiniti, Honda, Cadillac & more!

- Work normal business hours in the morning to late afternoon (Limited demand on evenings/closed Sundays)
- Greet customer as they arrive
- Moving vehicles throughout the dealership
- Transport customers in the Courtesy Vehicle/Shuttle
- Pick up and deliver customer vehicles
- Responsible for filling out all proper paperwork when picking up or delivering a client's car.
- Make sure loaner cars are clean and fueled
- Use MyKaarma Video and credit card payments with the customer.
- Use logitrac loaner car tool to fill out loaner agreements.
- Organizing vehicle inventory around the dealership
- At some dealerships, we provide vehicle wash and quality control. These are great positions for people who enjoy less client interaction
- Between valets you will help in the service drive parking and pulling up cars along with greeting and assisting customers in the drive and customer lounges.
- Learn the ins and outs of the dealership by assisting with various tasks as needed
- All roles are engaging, fast-paced, and will provide an unmatched level of client service
Requirements
- Valid driver’s license and good driving record
- Valid driver's license for at least one year (this does not include a temporary license)
- Ability to sit and/or stand through an entire shift
- Professional appearance
- Perform tasks involving bending, kneeling, walking, and jogging
- Strong communication skills
