Position Summary
The IT Support Technician will serve as the frontline helper for technical support for all WinChoice. The goal will be to provide excellent customer support and problem resolution of technical needs of the company. They will also assist the IT team with other projects, tasks, and maintenance of WinChoice’s IT infrastructure and systems.
Key Responsibilities
· Assist users with technical support related to computer hardware and software.
· Field technical support calls from our in-the-field reps and technicians.
· Perform first look triage of all incoming IT support tickets.
· Handle basic user administration tasks for IT supported platforms.
· Perform other duties as assigned.
Qualifications
Education/Experience:
Required
· High school diploma or equivalent
Preferred (optional)
· Help desk experience or experience in a customer support facing role
· CompTIA A certification or equivalent
· Experience with Microsoft 365 / Entra

Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities:
Required
· Intermediate knowledge of computer troubleshooting and support
· Knowledge of both Windows and Apple hardware and software
Preferred
· Basic networking troubleshooting
