Description:Role OverviewIn this vital role, you will work from your cubicle making outbound calls to potential customers. All leads are provided through high-quality data purchased from trusted providers, so your focus can remain squarely on connecting with prospects. Your primary responsibility will be to set confirmed appointments on behalf of our outside sales representatives. Success in this position depends heavily on your ability to communicate effectively, stay persistent when facing challenges, overcome objections, and meet daily and weekly production goals. Key ResponsibilitiesMaking outbound calls to potential customersEngaging with homeowners about our products and servicesScheduling appointments for our sales teamProviding exceptional customer service and building rapport with customers Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.Comfortable engaging with new people and building relationships.
