Moretrench Industrial is seeking a results-driven Project Administrator to join our team at the project site in Bartow, Florida. Project administrators oversee clerical and key accounting duties for various projects.
Responsibilities
- Assist with accounting functions for various projects.
- Collect and process paperwork verifying for accuracy.
- Communicate daily with the project field personnel.
- Communicate with vendors and clients.
- Track and enter payroll (PR) hours.
- Track and enter equipment hours.
- Review and approve AP invoices in workflow process, and contact vendor if invoice is incorrect or missing.
- Create PO requisitions and submit them to vendors.
- Receiving on PO’s once verified with field and track POs to increase/close.
- Create T&M Billings.
- Client reports if needed and/or client system data entry if needed.
- Audit project to ensure all materials were billed.
Qualifications
- Previous experience in a related field encouraged.
- Proficiency with Microsoft Excel is a must.
- Previous experience with working with Project Managers for the delivery of projects.
- Written and verbal communication skills.
- Solid organizational skills including attention to detail and multitasking.
- Strong working knowledge in Microsoft Office and of project manager tools.
- Associates or Technical degree preferred but not required.
