What are the responsibilities and job description for the HS Assistant Volleyball Coach position at Morenci High School?
Minimum Requirements:
High School diploma or equivalent
- Assist in maintaining high academic standards for all student/athletes
- Completion or current enrollment in a CPR and First Aide training course
- Desire and ability to work with students, staff, and parents
- Ability and willingness to follow instructions
- Ability to serve as a positive role model for students
- Knowledge of volleyball team practice organization, game strategy, and safety as it applies to coaching techniques
- Other qualifications as determined by the administrator
- Teaching certification preferred (not required)
- Must obtain a level one fingerprint card at time of employment with the district office.
The position will require after school commitments for practice and game supervision.
