Pipe Layer / Construction Labor

You will collaborate with skilled tradespeople, laying pipe, helping install geotextiles, installing erosion control measures, and more and ensuring that all work meets safety and quality standards. Responsibilities

• Assist with the installation of communication pipe and conduit, ensuring precise placement according to blueprints and specifications
• Operate Jumping Jacks, Plate Compactors and Hot Saws in addition to power tools.
• Install erosion control measures such as silt fence, wattles and more.
• General labor duties around the construction site.
• Help set vaults and pedestals.
• Vac, dig, and pothole existing utilities.

Qualifications

• Experience with hot saws, chain saws and power tools.
• Experience with Jumping Jacks, Plate Compactors and more.
• Experience with utility locating, potholing, and preventing damage
• Construction site experience demonstrating safety awareness and teamwork skills
• Strong physical stamina with the ability to perform manual labor in various weather conditions

Pay: $20.00 - $25.00 per hour
